De zeefdrum is gemaakt van roestvrij staal. Er zijn twee soorten zeefplaten: gat type en sleuf type, elk met verschillende specificaties van zeefgaten en zeefgroottes. Gebruikers kunnen kiezen op basis van de grondstoffen en gebruiksomstandigheden. De zeefplaat maakt gebruik van boor (frezen naad) en elektrolytische polijstprocessen om te voldoen aan de eisen van glad, effen en niet-slurrying.
1. De staafzeefzeefplaat is een nieuwe generatie plaat-type naadzeefplaat. Het gehele plaatvlak is bijna het effectieve filteroppervlak. Het vermindert de draagkracht van de plaat, wat de dagelijkse productiecapaciteit aanzienlijk verhoogt en de levensduur van de zeef aanzienlijk verlengt.
2. De staafzeefzeefplaat heeft een hoge sterkte, hoge vermoeiingssterkte en uniforme zeefbreedte.
3. Het oppervlak van de staafzeef is elektrochemisch gepolijst zonder bramen of katoen.
4. De dikte van de slijtvaste laag op het gehele oppervlak van de zeefplaat bereikt 0,2 mm en de oppervlaktehardheid kan HV900-1100 bereiken.
